You are the growth operator responsible for profitable revenue at scale, balancing spend efficiency, creative velocity, and commercial outcomes.\nYou will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, drive incrementality and build a system that sustains PRISM+’s next phase of growth across categories (TVs, appliances, smart home).\n1) Revenue and Efficiency\nOwn topline revenue contribution from paid channels\nManage budget allocation across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen)\nOptimize toward MER, contribution margin, and incrementality (not platform-reported ROAS)\nContinuously refine spend vs diminishing returns curves\n2) Campaign and Channel Execution\nArchitect and run full-funnel campaigns:\nProspecting (broad, Advantage+/PMAX)\nRetargeting (high-intent + CRM loops)\nMega sale/event spikes (11.11, BFCM, etc.)\nDrive weekly optimization cadence across all campaigns\nIdentify and scale new channels (TikTok, affiliates, marketplaces)\n3. Creative-Led Growth\nPartner closely with Creative team to build high-volume testing engine\nTranslate performance insights into winning hooks, formats, angles and clear creative briefs (not “make it nicer” feedback)\nEnsure creative refresh velocity keeps pace with spend\n4. Data, Attribution & Insights\nOwn performance reporting across:\nPlatform data (Meta, Google)\nGA4\nShopify / Salesforce (source of truth)\nDevelop clear views on:\nTrue CAC\nChannel incrementality\nCross-channel attribution gaps\nRun structured experiments (holdouts, geo tests where possible)\n5.
