This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the store team in achieving sales and operational targets.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. \nLead, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver high standards of customer service. \nSupport the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators. \nEnsure excellent customer experience by handling customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally. \nMonitor store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels in accordance with company standards. \nAssist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktaking activities. \nEnforce store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. \nSupport staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic administrative duties. \nAssist in training new team members and onboarding store staffs. \nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.\nAny other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.\nRequirements\nDiploma or equivalent qualification;
