We are built on different perspectives to inspire innovation.\nWe're looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to support our Conversion Rate Optimization team in delivering exceptional results for leading eCommerce brands.\nThis role sits at the intersection of project coordination, client communication, experimentation, and optimization. You'll work closely with Senior CRO Consultants, designers, developers, and clients to help keep optimization programs running smoothly and efficiently.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys eCommerce, experimentation, project coordination, and client communication, and wants to build a long-term career in CRO and digital strategy.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport CRO Programs\nAssist Senior CRO Consultants in managing client optimization programs\nCoordinate experiment launches with design and development teams\nAssist with experiment setup and QA\nHelp document optimization opportunities and recommendations\nSupport website enhancement and optimization initiatives\nClient Communication\nParticipate in client Slack channels and meetings\nCoordinate follow-ups, action items, and project updates\nEnsure client requests are documented and assigned appropriately\nMaintain clear communication between clients and internal teams\nResearch & Analysis\nConduct competitor and industry research\nGather insights from analytics and user behavior tools\nSupport the creation of client presentations, recommendations, and test result summaries\nProcess & Organization\nCoordinate cross-functional tasks between CRO, Design, and Development teams\nHelp keep projects on track and moving forward\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAfter 6-12 months, you will:\nSuccessfully support multiple client accounts simultaneously\nBecome a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams\nHelp improve the efficiency and execution of client optimization programs\nContribute meaningful optimization insights and recommendations\nPlay a key role in helping experiments and initiatives move from idea to launch\nRequirements\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nStrong organizational and project management abilities\nHigh attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nStrong problem-solving mindset\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks\nExperience with Shopify\nExperience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms\nExperience with A/B testing or experimentation
