defect tracking, and resolution cycles Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices \n\nAPI & Automation Testing :\n\n- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI\n\n- Build and maintain automation frameworks for integration testing \n\n- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines \n\n- Defect Management Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. \n\n- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently \n\n- Perform root cause analysis and ensure preventive measures \n\nStakeholder Collaboration :\n\n- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams \n\n- Act as a bridge between QA, development, and integration teams \n\n- Provide regular updates on testing \n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in integration testing, system testing, and API validation \n\n- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, microservices architecture \n\n- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Rest Assured, Cypress, etc.) \n\n- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) \n\n- Knowledge of SQL and database validation \n\n- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus \n\nTools & Technologies : \n\n- Test Management : JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr \n\n- API Tools : Postman, SoapUI
