The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global payroll processing, payroll compliance, employee taxation, and stakeholder management.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess monthly payroll for multiple countries accurately and within timelines.\nCoordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders globally.\nEnsure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.\nValidate payroll inputs including new hires, exits, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and benefits.\nReconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.\nManage payroll audits, employee queries, and reporting requirements.\nSupport payroll-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.\nMaintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.\n3-7 years of experience in Global Payroll operations.\nExperience handling payroll for multiple countries (US, EMEA, APAC preferred).\nStrong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory regulations.\nProficiency in Excel and payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working with third-party payroll vendors.\nKnowledge of SOX controls and audit processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nPrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application.
