You will play a key role in attracting customers, driving sales, and representing our brand. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, assisting with product launches and events, enhancing product knowledge, and addressing inquiries and concerns.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstanding customers' requirement and promote suitable products accordingly.\nWillingness to learn and understand the consumer electronics technical specifications.\nAbility to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.\nConstantly expand product knowledge and deliver it in engaging ways to customers.\nFollow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.\nSet up attractive product displays and promotional booths.\nProvide assistance to customers for purchase via, POS or E-commerce platforms.\nMaintain cleanliness of the store.\nProvide product demonstration, presentation to customers and other stakeholders.\nEngage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships.\nProvide feedback for improvement to the retail and management team.\nMeet daily targets and submit sales reports and EOD reports accurately.\nAd-hoc tasks given by Store Manager or Supervisor.\nRequirements\nComfortable with working 5 days a week including public holidays and weekends\nWilling to travel when deployed\nSales driven individual\nWell-groomed, pleasant, and cheerful personality\nGood interpersonal skills and able to communicate well.\nA proactive and highly motivated team player\nPast experience in Retail Sales or Sales in consumer electronics is a
