and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows. \nDevelop backend logic supporting subscriptions, order management, and scheduling for application users. \nBuild and maintain integrations and data pipelines between Salesforce and the data warehouse. \nDesign and optimize Service Cloud interfaces and workflows to deliver an efficient user experience for service agents. \nDevelop reports, dashboards, and automation solutions to support business reporting and analytics. \nDevelop, test, and maintain Salesforce Order Management System (OMS), Service Cloud, and Field Service components as part of ERP implementation projects. \nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Salesforce defects, errors, and performance issues. \nTechnical Documentation & Solutioning\nPrepare technical documentation, system specifications, and process flow diagrams for developed solutions. \nResearch and prototype AI-enabled features that can enhance Salesforce capabilities and business processes. \nSupport the preparation of technical scope and solution requirements for Statements of Work (SOWs) with external partners. \nAssess incoming business requirements, provide effort estimates, and identify potential technical risks and dependencies. \nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.\nExperience working with Service Cloud and at least one of Salesforce OMS or Field Service.\nFamiliarity with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and ETL/data pipeline concepts.\nExperience with Salesforce development, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.\nComfortable interpreting and working from written technical and business specifications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nGood documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical
