the Customer Service team \nSupport and maintain inventory tracking for onsite technicians, including tools, parts, and equipment \nProvide operational and technical coordination support to onsite technicians \nAssist in scheduling onsite service appointments and coordinate urgent service requests when required \nServe as backup support for onsite assignments in the event of technician absence or urgent manpower shortages \nReview onsite service reports submitted by technicians and ensure data accuracy and completeness \nAssist in reporting product or quality issues to suppliers and follow up where necessary\nRequirements\nStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail \nAble to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment \nGood communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams \nComfortable handling administrative, coordination, and operational support tasks \nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and tracking \nResponsible, proactive, and able to work independently when required \nPrior experience in operations support, technical support coordination, logistics, or service coordination would be an
