This role ensures consistency, accountability, and follow-through across core commercial processes while supporting CRM administration, data management, contract administration, renewal tracking, portal management, deal execution, and proposal development.\nCommercial Administration Oversight\nOwn day-to-day administrative operations for the Commercial team\nOrganize, document, and execute consistent processes\nManage travel calendars and distribute regular team updates\nCRM Administration & Data Management\nSupport administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related commercial systems\nEnter, update, and maintain account, contact, opportunity, and activity records\nEnsure compliance with CRM data entry standards and naming conventions\nConduct routine audits to identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records\nMaintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline records\nGenerate and distribute CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics\nContract, Renewal & Portal Management\nMaintain repository of client contracts, amendments, and service agreements\nTrack contract expiration dates, notice periods, and renewal opportunities\nCoordinate renewal activities with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams\nMonitor bid portals and procurement websites for rebids and solicitations\nManage portal registrations, user access, profiles, and company information\nManage RFP portal logins, usernames, passwords, and permissions\nMaintain a centralized log of bid sites, registrations, and renewal requirements\nMonitor website inquiries and forward to the appropriate internal parties for follow-up\nFOIA Management\nCoordinate the full FOIA lifecycle\nTrack submissions and status updates\nMaintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up\nQBRs\nCoordinate scheduling and production of QBR materials\nValidate data accuracy and executive-ready reporting\nDeal Desk & Proposal Support\nSupport Deal Desk activities and opportunity tracking\nAudit evergreen materials for accuracy\nSupport proposals, RFIs, supplier questionnaires, and forms as needed\nKey Performance Indicators\nCRM data accuracy and completeness\nTimeliness of CRM updates and data entry\nContract renewal tracking accuracy\nBid portal compliance and access management\nProposal support turnaround times\nCore Deliverables\nAccurate CRM records and opportunity data\nContract and renewal tracking reports\nBid site and portal access log\nExecutive and operational reports\nProposal and Deal Desk documentation\nBenefits:\nFull-Time\nMonday -
