This role will report to the Site Manager and handles overseeing cleaning/janitorial duties and staff.\nBASIC FUNCTION\nThe Post Event Manager handles all administrative responsibilities for the Post Event Shift. To ensure the arena is cleaned after each event and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved.\nORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP\nThe Post Event Manager reports to the Site Manager and receives his/her work assignments from same.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES\nOrganize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.\nDecide how staff should be deployed and ensures all equipment is set up prior to staff report time.\nEnsure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.\nCheck-in staff, completes deployment sheets and assigns staff to assure proper coverage of facility.\nAssigns radios, keys and equipment and completes sign in/out sheet.\nProvides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures.\nConducts walk-thru inspections of facility throughout length of shift to assure that work is completed properly and within budgeted hours.\nWill assist with completion of work assignments as needed.\nMakes decisions as to when to release staff when work is completed.\nInspects entire facility and completes post-event checklist to assure all areas are properly cleaned.\nResponds to the service requests of the client.\nCompletes labor reports from sign in to hours pulled.\nComplete post event tracking form to ensure budget.\nEnsure that supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.\nReports all accidents, injuries, incidents, safety, and maintenance concerns immediately.\nStays on site until relieved by Day Manager as necessary.\nAssists Day Manager with daytime or project operations on non-vents days.\nCompletes all other duties and service requests assigned by Site Manager.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nMust be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.\nMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds.\nMust be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.\nMust be able to climb up and down a ladder.\nAbility to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.\nReliable Transportation.\nPREFERED QUALIFICATIONS\nManagement or supervisory experience.\nJanitor/Cleaning
