This role will manage recruiting activity from candidate sourcing through onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to keep hiring on track.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruit and screen candidates for a high volume of open positions.\nSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruiting channels.\nPlan, coordinate, and participate in weekly on-site job fairs in the Dallas/Frisco area.\nReview applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition records in UKG Recruiting.\nSupport candidates through onboarding in UKG and review I-9 documentation for completeness and accuracy in accordance with established procedures and timelines.\nCommunicate timely updates, manage competing priorities, and meet recruiting deadlines.\nPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to adjust sourcing and hiring activity as business needs change.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, in an agency or in-house setting.\nRequired experience supporting onboarding and verifying I-9 documents.\nProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and UKG Recruiting/Onboarding.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nTech-savvy and comfortable working in a hybrid role with remote work.\nEnglish/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.\nWork Environment\nThis position is based in the Dallas/Frisco area and follows a Monday-Friday hybrid schedule. The role includes weekly on-site job fairs.
