The work of the Procurement Associate will assist to ensuring Privia and its care centers are procuring goods and services in a manner that provides them with best value for money.\nThe Procurement Associate will assist with entering new vendor contracts into Privia’s contract management system for review, ensuring vendor has an acceptable exclusion report, and that documents are properly completed, tagged, linked to related documents, set to track end date, and issued for approval.\nAdditionally, upon request, Procurement Associate will draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Third Party Access Agreements.\nAs needed, Procurement Associate will draft simple agreement amendments, for example, term extension amendments, and facilitate execution.\nThe Procurement Associate will collaborate with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support growth of care center cost savings related to discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services. Related responsibilities include: management of participation reports; calls with new Operations Team members and care centers to discuss available savings opportunities; recurring calls with vendors to manage status around contract linking and cost savings analyses completion.\n Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred\n1+ years experience working with procurement\nFamiliarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management\nAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for written and in-person communication\nMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulations\nThe salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% .
