You'll get to know the people behind each organization, understand their business goals and priorities, and help them maximize the value of their partnership with Prizeout.\nThe ideal candidate is naturally curious, personable, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized. You know how to build rapport, ask great questions, recognize opportunities and challenges, and proactively move relationships forward.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and grow relationships with a portfolio of financial institution partners, building trusted connections across day-to-day and executive stakeholders.\nDevelop a deep understanding of each partner's business, goals, priorities, stakeholders, and active Prizeout programs.\nLead productive partner meetings and business reviews, sharing relevant insights, recommendations, and next steps.\nProactively identify partner needs, relationship risks, adoption opportunities, and opportunities to expand partnerships.\nHelp partners understand and maximize the value of Prizeout's products through relevant resources, recommendations, and best practices.\nCollaborate with internal teams to address partner needs, coordinate initiatives, and ensure commitments are delivered.\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date partner information, meeting notes, opportunities, and follow-ups in our CRM.\nIndependently manage your portfolio, keeping leadership informed of meaningful developments and bringing forward thoughtful recommendations.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, client services, customer success, or another relationship-focused role.\nExceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building meaningful, long-term relationships.\nStrong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.\nNatural curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions that uncover partner needs and opportunities.\nExcellent organizational skills and a track record of independently managing multiple relationships and priorities.\nStrong business judgment, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership without constant direction.\nConfident communication and presentation skills, including experience leading client conversations.\nExperience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or a startup environment is a plus.\nPlease Note\nMust be able to work full-time (5 days/week) in our NYC office.\nTravel up to 10% may be required for partner meetings, onsite visits, and industry events.\n\nMust beauthorized to work for any employer in the U.S. indefinitely.
