Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together? \nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and organize resource planning for Trading sports and key events\nDesign end-to end processes to originate projections from the initial research stage through trading\nIncorporate and surface data required to improve and optimize processes\nHelp schedule and manage Game Operations team resources on a week to week basis \nFacilitate trainings and learning opportunities to help develop the Game Operations team\nProvide regular feedback and coaching to Game Operations team members\nMaintain, and Monitor accurate player projections for all markets throughout the day and track any key information needed for projections\nManage risk and monitor projections accordingly utilizing modeling and quantitative analysis\nUnderstand PrizePicks members’ play patterns and adjust internal processes and projections accordingly\nWork alongside Game Operations Leadership to implement strategies, best practices and processes around key markets\nAbility to apply and adapt Game Operations skills for other sports that you could be responsible for\nAssist with reporting requirements as directed by management team\nServe as a key point of contact to resolve escalated issues with the Game Operations team\nWhat you have:\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to apply that skill efficiently\nAbility to analyze several streams of information concurrently and make thoughtful decisions in a highly time-sensitive environment\nExcellent time management, reliability, and ability to meet highly important deadlines\nExperience balancing leading and working within a team to achieve shared goals\nAbility to apply strong understanding of DFS and sports gaming industries\nExtensive understanding of college/major sports league players, teams, players, matchups and understanding of how said information impacts projections\nComfortable with Standard Operating Procedures to all sports, regardless of specialized knowledge or experience\nAvailability to work on nights & weekends (coinciding with sports schedule)\nStrong Mathematical and Analytical skills\nAbility to learn new or updated software\nAbility to take direction from Game Operations leadership\nMust be able to obtain and be eligible for all required licenses, as applicable\nBachelor's degree in related field (statistics, computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, accounting) preferred but not required\nOne to three years of experience working in Daily Fantasy Sports or Sports Gaming required\nWhere you’ll live:\nWhile we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote \nWorking at PrizePicks:\nThe typical salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
