You’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and game operations to develop innovative features, optimize trading processes, and elevate the user experience across our games and services.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProduct Vision & Strategy: \nDevelop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products (recommender engine outputs, machine learning predictions and more)\nIdentify and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation opportunities within the trading and data segment, including pricing optimization, upsell opportunities, and more\nIdentify opportunities to innovate and improve products, while ensuring a best in class user experience by synthesizing customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback\nExecute:\nExecute on our team’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap \nDefine and execute on technical requirements, launch strategy, and overall vision of the product.\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.\nCollaborate:\nCollaborate with engineers and data scientists to define, build, and iterate on best-in-class trading and data tools.\nChampion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.\nFoster a culture of collaboration across all levels of the team and organization.\nIndustry Knowledge: \nDeeply understand the DFS landscape, particularly player behavior and data consumption trends.\nWhat you have:\nRole Specific:\nExperience working with internal data engineering & data science teams and external data providers. \nFamiliarity with production quality & near real time consumer facing machine learning implementations.\nStrong understanding of data analysis principles and how to leverage data to inform product decisions.\nPast Experiences:\n3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines\nProven track record of shipping successful products that drive user engagement and business growth.\nDocumented results of building products that have garnered widespread adoption with a large audience and are built on a backbone of data.\nPersonal Attributes:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.\nA strategic mindset with a knack for translating business goals into actionable product initiatives.\nEntrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers\nIndustry Specific:\nA passion for daily fantasy sports or tangential industries with an understanding of the competitive landscape.\nWhat makes you stand out:\nA track record of on-going formal and informal learning\nExperience working directly with data teams responsible for sports projection models\nObsessive about sports and/or gaming, maybe you play(ed) yourself\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools and APIs.\nObsessive about something. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
