The incumbent shall evaluate financial and operational data, identify trends and risks, and contribute towards organizational efficiency, profitability and business growth.\nThe major job responsibilities are as follows:\nConduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions.\nDevelop financial models for business planning, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives.\nMonitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).\nPrepare management reports, dashboards, presentations & analytical summaries for senior management.\nEvaluate financial implications of new projects/commercial proposals, and business initiatives.\nSupport pricing, margin analysis, and revenue optimization activities.\nAssist management in strategic planning, market analysis, and feasibility studies.\nConduct scenario analysis & sensitivity analysis for business decisions & investment opportunities.\nLiaise with other departments for business data and analysis.\nQualification & Experience:\nEducation\nCandidate should possess a professional qualification such as MBA, CA, ACCA, or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business planning, FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics.\nExperience in large corporate organizations, energy sector, FMCGs, oil & gas, or public sector entities shall be preferred.\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and business intelligence tools will be an added advantage.\nRequired Competencies & Skills:\nStrong financial modelling and analytical skills.\nSound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP systems, and presentation tools.\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking capability.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.\nInterested candidates may apply in confidence on  latest by June 14, 2026.
