# Business Analyst

Job Purpose: To support business strategy and operational decision-making by conducting financial and business analysis, developing financial models, and providing actionable insights to the Management. The incumbent shall evaluate financial and operational data, identify trends and risks, and contribute towards organizational efficiency, profitability and business growth. The major job responsibilities are as follows: Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Develop financial models for business planning, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives. Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations & analytical summaries for senior management. Evaluate financial implications of new projects/commercial proposals, and business initiatives. Support pricing, margin analysis, and revenue optimization activities. Assist management in strategic planning, market analysis, and feasibility studies.
