Description\n WE’RE HIRING!\n\nPRODUCTION COORDINATOR \n\nWe are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and hands-on individual to supervise our growing personalisation and branding department \n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to completion — ensuring that every job is correctly recorded, properly planned, produced to specification, quality checked and completed on time.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n• Receive, record and coordinate production orders\n• Plan and prioritise the daily production schedule\n• Allocate and follow up on jobs within the department\n• Ensure production matches approved customer artwork and specifications\n• Carry out strict quality-control checks\n• Monitor deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time\n• Supervise and guide production staff\n• Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation and customer service\n\nQualifications and Experience\n WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:\n• Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail\n• Able to supervise people and manage multiple jobs simultaneously\n• Deadline-driven and able to work under pressure\n• Computer literate and comfortable working with digital artwork/files\n• Customer-focused with a strong appreciation of quality\n• Proactive, accountable and able to take ownership of a job from start to finish\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nQualifications and relevant experience in Supervision, Production/Operations, Print or Graphic Communications, Marketing would be advantageous.\n\nADDED ADVANTAGES\n• Experience in printing, branding, signage or promotional products\n• Knowledge of UV printing, sublimation, engraving, embossing and debossing\n• Graphic design skills and knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator\n• Understanding of branding, logo usage, colour consistency and artwork preparation\n\nWe are particularly interested in someone who
