More information on Proforest is available at www.proforest.net\n Position summary\nProforest is looking for a creative and proactive Communications Intern to support our visual content creation, event coordination, and internal communications. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in branding and corporate communications in a dynamic and diverse working environment. The position is in Jakarta, Indonesia and reports to Communication Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nThis key responsibilities for this position are to support the:\nVisual Content Creation\n\nDesign and edit brand assets (e.g. posters, infographics, report and brochure layout, and videos) for internal and external communications.\n\nCapture and edit high-quality photo and videos\n\nEnsure all visuals align with corporate branding guidelines.\n\n2. Content writing\nResearch, write and edit articles, documents, social media posts and emails for internal and external communications\n\n3. Event & Communication Support\nSupport with logistics, setup, and vendor management of internal and external events\n\nAttend in-person or online meetings, events and engagement (as and when required)\n\nProvide support as necessary\n\n Essential:\nFluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Indonesia. Any other languages is a plus.\n\nOpen to candidates pursuing a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nProficiency in Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.\n\nExcel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent\n\nMinimum duration would be 12 weeks or above\n\nCompulsory internship placements by university\n\nDesirable:\nPassionate about visual storytelling, corporate communications and stakeholder management\n\nA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.\n\nAble to accommodate occasional Global online meetings (maximum two times a month, UK time (AM)/ MY time (PM)\n\nGood communication skills and creative mindset.\n\nAble to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\n\nWe welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
