Sustainability and Supply Chain Data Analysis\nCollect, consolidate, properly format and analyse agricultural and forestry commodity supply chain datasets.\nSupport traceability analysis of suppliers, mills, refineries and sourcing locations; perform matching, duplicate checks and location verification.\nMaintain accurate supply chain databases and analyse environmental and social risk indicators, supplier performance and responsible sourcing commitments.\nTrack sustainability targets and KPIs; identify trends, data gaps and opportunities for improvement.\n2. Data Visualisation and Sustainability Reporting\nDevelop and maintain reports, charts and dashboards for consultancy projects and internal stakeholders.\nSupport Power BI visualisations for traceability, supplier performance, risk assessments and sustainability indicators.\nTranslate complex datasets into clear findings for technical and non-technical audiences.\nWork with project teams to turn client reporting needs into data structures, analysis and visual outputs.\n3. Data Management and Systems Improvement\nMaintain and improve databases, data quality controls, documentation and reporting workflows.\nExtract, clean & format and combine data from Excel, Smartsheet and other internal or external sources.\nSupport Smartsheet-to-Power BI reporting and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processing and reporting.\nWork with Global Data Management teams on new procedural and process development and roll out in region.\n4. Technical Consultancy and Project Support\nCollaborate with technical consultants to understand project objectives, client requirements and data needs.\nSupport supplier scorecards, performance indicators, risk summaries, client reports and presentations.\nRespond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to consistent analytical approaches across projects.\n5. Business Intelligence and Internal Reporting\nSupport project performance, operational KPI and business reporting when required.\nCollaborate with Finance, Operations and other teams to improve data collection, reporting and management dashboards.\nUse appropriate AI where feasible to develop / enhance procedures and intelligence and data analysis.\n Qualifications, Experience and Skills\nEssential Requirements\nDegree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Environmental Science, Geography, Geospatial Science, Sustainability, Business Analytics or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.\n1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, data management, reporting or business intelligence.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data cleaning and analysis.\nExperience extracting, validating, cleaning and consolidating real-world datasets from multiple sources.\nUnderstanding of data structures, data quality and basic analytical techniques;
