You must be flexible and committed to the role, the on-call work and the travels involved in delivering our services.\n\nThis role will immerse you in different environments and managing multiple technologies for global clients with knowledge in Data Centre systems, Telephony, Network Technologies, Virtualisation, Office365, Google, AWS cloud platforms. You will be a part of a dynamic team wearing multiple hats to delivery the MSP experience.\n\nWorks will be done in Corporate Offices, Data Centres, and security checks will be required, alongside work permits in AU. Due to the nature of our clients, only applicants with a Secured VISA or PR, naturalisation, Citizen will be considered. We will not be providing any VISA opportunities. \n\nMANDATORY:\n\nFluent English Written and Spoken\n\nCurrent Certifications - CCNA, Azure, MS/O365\n\nMin 3-5 years Field & End User Experience\n\nMin 2 years MSP Experience\n\nLicence and Car\n\nOn-call Rotating Roster each month 24/7\n\nDaily Duties & Skills Include but are not limited to:\n\nManaged Service Provider (MSP)\n\nRack and Stack in DC\n\nEnd User Computer support at client sites\n\nOS support and troubleshooting experience\n\nWindows Server\n\nMS Active Directory and Exchange, Azure\n\nVirtualisation – Vmware/Hyper V/Citrix\n\nBackup management and maintenance\n\nSupporting and ticketing work with our 365/24/7 GNOC -
