The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees across the organization. Prometric serves as an industry gatekeeper, ensuring that people legitimately earn the credentials they seek to achieve, and thereby guaranteeing a fair testing experience for all who come through our doors.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nThe Manager of Communications will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the internal communications strategy for Prometric to ensure operational efficiency and support thought leadership.\nAs the Manager of Communications, you will:\nEstablish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with the CEO, CFO, CAO and other senior managers\nCreate and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations\nManage and maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values \nMonitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis\nIdentify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture\nAssist with crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nEDUCATION\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.\nEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\n3-5 years of proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.\nExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nKnowledge of communication best practices and emerging trends in internal communications.\nExperience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (internal email software, intranet, etc.)\nPHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to travel occasionally to the Corporate Office in Baltimore, MD\nPrometric is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
