The project focuses on improving access to education, skills training, psychosocial support, and livelihood opportunities for target groups facing social and economic challenges.\nJob Summary\nThe Program Coordinator will be expected to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. This includes coordinating the implementation of the various activities, the daily operations, schedules, documentation, and communication of the project to help the project management and team meet their goals on time and within budget, the role is based in Addis Ababa.\nKey Responsibilities\nFoster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.\nProviding the necessary technical support for the team members to ensure effective implementation of the project activities. \nAssisting in the development of project management documents such as project schedules, scope statements, project plans, and periodic reports\nCoordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.\nMonitoring project progress and creating project status reports for the organization’s management and key stakeholders.\nLiaison between the organization and key stakeholders regarding the project.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualification\nMA Degree in Development Studies, Management, Social Work, or related field\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in coordination of similar or other relevant projects\nStrong documentation and reporting skills\nGood communication and coordination skills\nAbility to work with vulnerable and marginalized groups\n\nHow to apply\nQualified applicants shall submit their applications, including a cover letter, updated CV, and copies of supporting documents, within seven days from the date of this announcement using the following address.\n Office Location: Gurd Sholla, Sister CSOs Building, next to Athletics Federation\nE-mail: \nP.O.Box: 8396\nWomen candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
