# HR Manager

To manage and oversee the company's human resources function, ensuring effective employee lifecycle management, compliance with applicable labour legislation and company policies, employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, performance management and HR reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to termination. Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, contracts, amendments and employee documentation. Manage recruitment processes, including vacancy advertising, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding. Manage disciplinary, grievance, incapacity and absenteeism processes in accordance with company procedures and applicable labour legislation. Liaise with external Employee Relations/Labour Relations consultants where required. Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and verify hours, leave, deductions and employee changes. Administer employee benefits, including medical aid, funeral cover and related documentation.
