Responsibilities:\nConduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are upheld across all building infrastructure and common areas.\nOversee preventative maintenance and servicing of critical equipment including generators, HVAC systems, fire systems, roller shutters, gutters, and electrical infrastructure.\nMonitor generator performance, diesel usage, and utility management for accurate operational reporting and tenant billing.\nCoordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renovation projects alongside the Property and Fit-Out teams.\nManage attic stock and assist with minor maintenance tasks when required.\nOversee recycling and sustainability initiatives across the property portfolio.\nServe as the primary point of contact for tenant queries, maintenance requests, and operational support.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.\nCoordinate and oversee soft services including security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and access control.\nConduct regular contractor and security spot checks to ensure service delivery standards are maintained.\nReport directly to the Senior Facilities Manager on operational performance, maintenance issues, and ongoing projects.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, incidents, and building-related documentation.\nManage administrative processes including job cards, delivery notes, contractor documentation, and system updates.\nEnsure all properties remain fully compliant with Occupational Health & Safety standards and building regulations.\nAssist in managing emergency situations and remain available for urgent operational matters when required.\nSupport maintenance budgeting and cost control initiatives.\nPersonal Attributes:\nMatric certificate essential.\nRelevant qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field advantageous.\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a property operations, facilities, or building management role.\nStrong understanding of OHS regulations, preventative maintenance, and property operations.\nStrong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance processes.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nSolutions-driven with excellent problem-solving capabilities.\nHighly professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
