Develop, modify, and optimise CNC programs to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times. Work closely with the CNC Setter to ensure seamless machine operation and production. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to maintain productivity. Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and quality standards. Minimum Requirements 4 - 6 years' experience as a CNC Programmer within a manufacturing environment using milling and lathe machines. Experience using Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software.
