Covering F&B, engineering, operating and general supplies, wine and spirits, and industrial requirements, the role holds overall accountability for procurement and logistics, leading the category management and logistics teams.\nMain Responsibilities:\nTeam leadership:\n· Lead the team, managing workload, performance reviews, recruitment and retention.\n· Develop team capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing and agreed development plans.\n· Take full accountability for the entity’s performance, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.\nCategory and operational oversight:\n· Manage procurement performance across all categories, delivering cost-efficiency targets and tracking savings.\n· Oversee Engineering procurement across the four properties, including equipment, spares and contractors, while team capabilities are developed.\n· Set supplier strategy and negotiation standards, enabling category managers to negotiate within delegated authority.\n· Oversee logistics and imports through the Planner Executive, providing backup for import decisions.\n· Safeguard group supply requirements when managing F&B sales to third parties.\nProcess and governance:\n· Apply the delegation-of-authority matrix, ensuring appropriate approvals and escalations.\n· Follow the central contract register and renewal calendar maintained by the Financial Accountant.\n· Ensure compliance with required tender processes and maintain audit readiness.\n· Apply the transitional capex validation arrangements to capital purchases.\nCross-cluster coordination:\n· Align with the Group Retail Manager to connect commercial buying with procurement execution.\n· Provide procurement data for consolidated cluster reporting.\n· Coordinate chemical, linen, equipment sourcing, engineering and capex requirements with Asset Management.\nProfile:\n· A degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.\n· At least 7 years’ procurement or supply chain experience, including 3 years leading a team, preferably in a multi-property hospitality environment.\n· Experience to CMMS systems.\n· Proven ability to manage procurement across multiple categories, with strong knowledge of engineering equipment, and technical / MRO category background.\n· Strong supplier management and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering measurable savings without compromising supply or quality.\n· Experience overseeing logistics and imports, with the judgement to resolve supply issues and support timely decisions.\n· Sound knowledge of tendering, contracts, approval limits, audit requirements and capital purchasing processes.\n· A collaborative leader who develops people, uses procurement data to track performance and works effectively across operational and commercial teams.\n· Clear written and verbal communication
