candidates and interview panels\nEnsure Oracle Recruitment is accurately updated in accordance with established guidelines\nAssist hiring managers in completing requisition forms on Oracle\nLiaise with Hiring collaborators across the organisation to facilitate the recruitment process\nLiaise with the Marketing department for all social media postings\nConduct the full selection process to identify candidates who best fit the requirements and organisational culture\nEngage and coordinate with external staffing agencies as required \nPrepare employment contracts in consultation with the Group HR Business Partner\nEnsure timely issuance of job offers and follow up until acceptance and onboarding\nCreate new hire profiles on Oracle HCM Cloud and upload all relevant Core HR data\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within the Group HR department\nRepresent the organisation at job fairs and recruitment events\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates and past applicants\nParticipate in Recruitment & Selection projects as required\nFollow-up and upload documents in Oracle following any amendment of contract\nFollow-up for fixed term contracts end date in respect of any renewal\nCarry out background checks in a timely manner\nConduct Employee Reference Checks\nRequirements\nExperience and Skills\nUniversity Degree in Management, Business studies or related field \nAt least 5 years' relevant working experience in the field of Talent Acquisition \nExcellent command of English and French, both written and spoken\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment and take ownership of deliverables\nAbility to work under pressure and prioritise work accordingly\nDetail-oriented with
