in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.\nBuild reusable, maintainable, and accessible UI components following modern frontend best practices.\nOptimize application performance, responsiveness, SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience.\nIntegrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.\nConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.\nImplement automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD workflows.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex frontend, browser compatibility, and performance issues.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional frontend development experience.\nStrong experience building production applications using Next.js and React.\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience developing responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible web applications.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with state management solutions such as Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar.\nExperience with Git and collaborative development workflows.\nStrong English communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) in Next.js.\nExperience with modern styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.\nFamiliarity with Node.js.\nExperience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.\nExperience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.\nPrevious experience working in consulting, staff augmentation, or client-facing environments.\nWhat Success
