Proactiviti is proactively engaging Senior Frontend Engineers across LATAM for upcoming projects within the next 3-6 months. We’re looking for engineers who care deeply about user experience, performance, and building scalable frontend architectures.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale modern, high-performance web applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless UX
- Own frontend architecture decisions and best practices
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems
- Experience with state management, performance optimization, and testing
- Strong eye for UX/UI and attention to detail
- Ability to work in distributed, async teams
- English: C1+ (client-facing communication required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with backend integrations and APIs
- Exposure to product-driven or SaaS environments
