We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, client-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments and has a strong track record of successfully managing complex technology projects and stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across cross-functional and distributed teams
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Facilitate project planning, status meetings, sprint ceremonies, and executive updates
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Drive operational improvements, delivery processes, and project management best practices
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and contribute to continuous process optimization
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within software development, technology, or consulting environments
- Strong experience managing client-facing projects and executive-level stakeholders
- Proven track record delivering complex projects in agile and fast-paced environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern project delivery methodologies
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Superb English communication skills (C1 level or higher) both written and verbal
- Must be based in LATAM
Nice to Have
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
- Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience managing enterprise or international client accounts
