This leadership role is responsible for driving claims excellence through effective team management, performance coaching, workload balancing, and operational oversight while ensuring high-quality customer service and timely claim resolution.\nThe Area Claims Supervisor serves as a key leader within the Claims organization, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address escalated claim matters, support business objectives, and develop a high-performing claims team. This position is ideal for a frontline claims leader who enjoys mentoring employees, improving operational performance, and leading a remote workforce. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
