This role oversees adjuster performance, training, workload distribution, and expense management while maintaining strong knowledge of federal and state crop insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.\nWorking closely with Claims Management, Compliance, Marketing, and Underwriting, the Area Claims Supervisor serves as a key escalation point for complex claims and agent concerns and plays an active role in developing talent and supporting business strategies. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
