Ideal candidates are customer focused, resourceful, strategic, innovative marketers with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences and driving continuous improvement, along with a ownership/champion mindset.\nIn this Exciting Opportunity, You Will:\nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement and business growth in targeted geographies to increase profitable premium.\nManage and optimize ProAg’s website, social media, email marketing, search marketing (SEO/SEM) and other digital channels.\nCreate and oversee digital content, campaigns and customer journeys that enhance engagement and lead generation.\nMonitor and analyze marketing performance using data, insights and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and maximize results.\nServe as the digital marketing subject matter expert, leading projects and collaborating with internal teams, agencies and technology partners.\nLead social media strategy and execution, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and paid and organic promotional efforts. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
