We build the system data scientists need to capture AI's productivity gains and innovations in the Tabular Data space without compromising confidence a predictive model demands. Our product, Skore, works with any AI provider, any ML framework, and any compute platform.\nThe Marketing Manager owns pipeline creation and growth for Probabl's Enterprise segment, across priority verticals (banking, insurance, energy, telecoms, and industrials). Reporting to the CRO, this role sets the enterprise marketing and pipeline strategy and is accountable for its results, managing the Growth Acquisition Manager to execute the underlying acquisition engine (agency coordination, paid and SEO channels, inbound operations) against those targets. The Marketing Manager also works in close collaboration with the Strategic Communications Manager and other content creators - including the external agency and freelancers - to ensure enterprise campaigns are grounded in a consistent narrative and high-quality content.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPipeline Strategy & Growth\nOwn the Enterprise segment's pipeline targets, funnel design, and forecasting, in alignment with the CRO's revenue goals.\n\nDecide the channel mix and budget allocation across paid, organic, and event-driven acquisition, and direct the Growth Acquisition Manager's execution against these priorities.\n\nManage and optimize inbound and outbound lead flow for the Enterprise segment, ensuring proper routing, scoring, and handoff to Sales in the company's CRM.\n\nSet up and maintain nurturing sequences and marketing automation workflows to move Enterprise leads through the funnel.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards tracking Enterprise pipeline volume, conversion rates, and channel attribution.\n\nPerformance Management & Prioritization\nSetting priorities, targets, and reviewing performance against pipeline goals.\n\nEnsure campaign deliverables are aligned with segment strategy and positioning before they go to market.\n\nAct as the escalation point for acquisition-engine decisions (agency direction, channel prioritization, campaign calendar) that the Growth Acquisition Manager executes day to day.\n\nEnterprise Segment Marketing & Campaign Execution\nDefine marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, paid, content, events) aimed at the Enterprise segment, with messaging calibrated to priority verticals.\n\nCoordinate with the Communications Manager, and brief the external agency and freelancers, on segment-specific assets: landing pages, one-pagers, and case studies aimed at our Enterprise audience (Chief Data Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Data Science practitioners) and our communities' audience.\n\nCoordinate campaign calendars and brief collaborators on upcoming product launches, events, or messaging priorities.\n\nUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator and equivalent tools to keep a working view of priority companies and personas within the Enterprise segment, informing campaign targeting and sales prioritization.\n\nContent & Launch Coordination with the Communications Manager\nAlign with the Communications Manager, a peer role, on a shared enterprise messaging and persona reference, so segment campaigns and brand narrative stay consistent without requiring sign-off in either direction.\n\nAgree single ownership of shared channels (e.g. the community/developer newsletter) with the Communications Manager, with a defined review or contribution role for the other party.\n\nSequence enterprise campaign launches with the Communications Manager's press and narrative timeline, so pipeline-generation activity and external storytelling for the same launch land together.\n\nReporting & Alignment\nReport Enterprise segment pipeline, campaign performance, and KPIs to the CRO on a weekly cadence and contribute to monthly GTM reviews.\n\nFeed win/loss signals and objection patterns back into segment targeting and enterprise messaging.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nExperience and Expertise\n4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally within enterprise SaaS or a regulated-industry context.\n\nExperience marketing to large corporate groups (banking, insurance, energy, telecoms, or industrials).\n\nPrior experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, ideally in a growth, acquisition, or demand-generation function.\n\nExperience coordinating with or briefing an external marketing agency and other content creators is a strong asset.\n\nPrior exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles is a plus.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nB2B acquisition funnels and enterprise lead lifecycle management (Lead → MQL → SQL → pipeline), with the ability to set and own targets across the funnel.\n\nExperience with SEO and GEO optimization.\n\nMarketing automation and CRM platforms.\n\nPaid acquisition channels for enterprise audiences (LinkedIn, Google Ads).\n\nLinkedIn Sales Navigator.\n\nWeb and product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or equivalent).\n\nEnglish proficiency (written and oral) at a professional level. French is a plus.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with enterprise Data/AI/ML topics and the ability to engage credibly with Chief Data Officer, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, and CTO-level stakeholders are considered a strong plus.\nCandidates with experience in an early-stage or scale-up environment where the enterprise acquisition function had to be built from scratch will be looked upon favorably, along with exposure to selling into or around ML platform and data governance tooling as context for competitive positioning. Experience working across international markets, particularly Europe and North America, is also welcome.\nWorking Conditions\nLocation: Paris, France (headquarters).\n\nPresence: Hybrid, minimum 2-3 days per week on-site.\n\nTeam: Integrated within the Sales & GTM function; overlooks the Growth Acquisition Manager; works in close collaboration with the Communications department, the external agency, freelancers, and the Customer Services team.\n\nSupervisor: CRO\n\nStakeholder Interaction:Internal:\nInternal: CRO, Growth Acquisition Manager, Communications Manager, Customer Services, Product, CEO, Chief of Staff.\n\nExternal: marketing agency, freelancers, CDO/CDAO associations, industry analysts, enterprise event organizers.\n\nCultural Fit: Probabl values scientific rigor, intellectual openness, and a strong open-source ethos. The ideal candidate is operationally sharp, growth-minded, and comfortable being self-disciplined in an agile and fast-moving environment, with the maturity to manage a direct report while still being hands-on with pipeline strategy.\n\nApplication process\nSubmit your resume, a cover letter, and a link to your portfolio.\n\n1st interview (30 mins) with the Hiring Manager.\n\n2nd interview (30 mins) with a member of Probabl’s Product or Sales team.\n\nTakehome assignment that will involve a 15 minute presentation.\n\nOffer","description_format":"text","description_chars":7199,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":4,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"France","iso":"FR","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Machine Learning","MLOps","AI Development Tools","Open Source Projects & Foundations"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-17T22:20:04Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":38,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.688,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":21,"expected_fill_days":18,"reasons":["conf:12","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-08T05:49:30Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/probabl-marketing-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/probabl-marketing-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-09T04:49:44Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4879,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":121,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-10T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":63277},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=63277"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fprobabl-marketing-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fprobabl-marketing-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fprobabl-marketing-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/probabl-marketing-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fprobabl-marketing-manager"}]}
