Our mission is to be the safest, quickest, and lowest-cost provider in the industry, delivering high-quality services to builders on time and on budget.\nAbout the role\nThe Operations Recruitment Coordinator builds and maintains ProBLD's pipeline of qualified subcontractor crews. You will own the subcontractor relationship from first contact through onboarding completion, making sure every market has the labor it needs to keep jobs on schedule\nDuties and Responsbilities\nSource, recruit, and onboard roofing, siding, house wrap, and soffit/fascia subcontractors.\nPartner with Operations Leadership (Directors & Managers) to forecast labor needs and keep each market staffed with enough crews\nBuild lead pipelines through trade associations, supplier relationships, licensing databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and field outreach\nPresent ProBLD's scope of work, payment terms, and expectations to prospective crews\nCollect and verify all required onboarding documentation (W-9, COI, Master Trade Agreement, payment and ACH forms) and confirm state compliance before a crew begins work\nComplete onboarding within the companies CRM\nMaintain the subcontractor tracking sheet: lead source, market, trade, crew size, capacity, and status\nReport weekly on pipeline, onboarding volume, and market coverage gaps\nTravel across markets as needed to meet crews, attend trade events, and support onboarding\nQualifications\nAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience\nBilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken), required\n2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume, construction, skilled trades, or equivalent.\nComfortable negotiating with and building rapport with crew owners and field teams\nHighly organized; able to manage multiple markets and a large pipeline at once\nWorking knowledge of COI, W-9, and contractor compliance requirements a plus\nExperience with Excel, and outreach tools; HRIS/ATS tools (Rippling a plus),\nValid driver's license and ability to travel overnight as needed\nThrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment\nPay: $25 - 28 per hour\nWhy You’ll Love Working with Us:\nAt ProFormance Builder Solutions, we believe in rewarding our hardworking team with benefits that support your well-being and work-life balance!\nComprehensive Health Coverage: We’ve got you covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.\nSecure Your Future: Start planning for the long term!
