This role also participates in new implementation making sure every client launches with a tailored plan and a clean handoff to Enrichment Edge Coach.\nWhy Join Us:\nSalary Range is $95,000-$110,000/yr | Credit given for experience\nGreat Benefits Available\nFully Remote Opportunity\nWhat You'll Actually Do:\nLead the development, enhancement, and scaling of Enrichment Edge programs, transforming strategic priorities into structured, client-ready service offerings.\nCreate and maintain SOPs, playbooks, training materials, tools, and resources that support consistent program delivery across teams and clients.\nOwn program measurement and reporting by developing dashboards, analyzing data trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.\nManage implementation and onboarding efforts, including rollout planning, client onboarding, adoption tracking, and continuous program improvement.\nPartner closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, identify growth opportunities, and support client success.\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, administration, or adjacent field\nExperience building programs from the ground-up \nDemonstrates flexibility to pivot programs, designs, and plans as needed to fit client needs and program scalability\nMinimum of five years of experience in a leadership position leading programs and people\nExperience with data interpretation and translating numbers into operational recommendations (not just reporting)\nEffective communication skills, writing and in-person, to influence and drive outcomes\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite -
