Ready to join our epic growth journey?\nWhat we are looking for:\nWe are looking for a seasoned Power BI and Tableau expert who can transform complex data into meaningful business insights through advanced dashboards, reports, and scalable BI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across both platforms, a deep understanding of data modelling and visualization best practices, and the ability to lead projects, engage with stakeholders, and mentor team members. You should thrive in a fast-paced, global consulting environment and be comfortable translating complex business requirements into impactful analytics solutions.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead the design, development, enhancement, and migration of enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.\n\nDevelop robust, reusable, and scalable processes for data querying, transformation, modelling, and visualization.\n\nIntegrate multiple data sources to create cohesive visualizations and deliver actionable business insights.\n\nCollaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and translate them into effective BI solutions.\n\nPartner with Data Platform teams to understand data architecture, data flows, and integration requirements across enterprise analytics platforms.\n\nDrive data governance, quality, security, and performance optimization across BI solutions.\n\nDesign advanced and interactive visualizations, leveraging the full capabilities of Power BI and Tableau to deliver an exceptional user experience.\n\nManage Power BI Service and Tableau Server environments, including administration, access controls, permissions, deployment, upgrades, and migration.\n\nLead project planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery while managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.\n\nEstablish BI development standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nMentor and develop team members, conduct technical reviews, and promote knowledge sharing across the team.\n\nWork closely with business leads to identify trends, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance the overall analytics ecosystem.\n\nMust have:\n8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and visualization, with strong hands-on expertise in both Power BI and Tableau.\n\nProven experience in developing, enhancing, optimizing, and migrating BI dashboards and reporting solutions across Power BI and Tableau.\n\nDeep understanding of Power BI capabilities, DAX, Power Query, data modelling, semantic models, and performance optimization.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Tableau, including advanced calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, actions, dashboard optimization, and visualization techniques.\n\nExpertise in SQL, data querying, data transformation, data modelling, and integrating data from multiple sources.\n\nExperience in designing complex dashboards, advanced charts, interactive reports, and executive-level visualizations using both BI platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of Power BI Service administration, workspaces, deployment pipelines, access management, gateways, and cloud-based reporting environments.\n\nExperience in Tableau Server administration, including installation, configuration, user and group management, projects, workbooks, permissions, upgrades, and migration.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize report performance, and resolve data quality and integration challenges.\n\nExperience leading BI projects end to end, including requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication.\n\nProven ability to mentor team members, conduct code and dashboard reviews, and establish development standards and best practices.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, client management, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects or client engagements simultaneously.\n\nDomain knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences
