Ready to join our epic growth journey?\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are seeking a Director - Commercial Technology who plays a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering Commercial Technology transformation for pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients. This role blends hands-on program leadership with strategic advisory responsibilities, helping clients modernize their commercial ecosystems and execute omnichannel activation at scale. The Director leads key engagements, manages senior client relationships, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality commercial technology programs.\nWhat you will do\nLead major workstreams within commercial transformation programs, including omnichannel acceleration, CRM modernization, data-driven targeting, and digital execution readiness.\nTranslate client business goals into actionable commercial technology roadmaps, spanning Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, OCE, CDP, DAM, and broader MarTech ecosystems.\nManage day-to-day delivery for large omnichannel and CRM engagements, including platform redesign, NBA deployments, marketing automation enhancements, modular content operations, and consent/identity management.\nDrive commercial analytics and insight generation, partnering with data teams to define KPIs, implement measurement frameworks (MMx, MTA), and operationalize ROI tracking.\nDevelop high-quality deliverables, including diagnostic assessments, capability maturity analyses, solution architectures, and implementation plans for commercial systems.\nEngage senior client stakeholders (Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs) to define requirements, align on priorities, and ensure program success.\nSupport sales pursuits by contributing to proposals, demos, SOW development, effort estimation, and solution design.\nCreate and refine internal IP, including frameworks, accelerators, templates, and domain-specific methodologies.\nOversee project financials at the engagement level, including budget tracking, forecasting, resourcing, and margin management.\nCoach and develop Engagement leads and Analysts, fostering capability building across omnichannel, CRM, data, and marketing technology disciplines.\nCollaborate across global teams to scale best practices and support multi-region delivery models.\nEnsure operational excellence across delivery risk management, QA reviews, stakeholder communication, and change management.\n Must Have10-14 years of work experience in life sciences consulting, commercial technology, digital transformation, or related domains.\nAdvanced degree preferred (MBA or Master’s in a relevant field).\nStrong experience leading cross-functional teams across strategy, technology, and analytics.\n Demonstrated ability to design and execute solutions for complex commercial and omnichannel challenges.\nHands-on expertise in at least two of the following areas\nOmnichannel strategy & commercial data governance\nOmnichannel data infrastructure (data warehouse, CDP, identity, consent, clean rooms)\nContent operations & enablement (modular content, MLR workflow optimization)\nOmnichannel orchestration (NBA, digital targeting, personalization)\nMarketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe)\nMeasurement & analytics (MMx, MTA, channel performance dashboards)\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills;
