# US - Recruiter Lead - ProcDNA

What we are looking for: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for our US hiring. You bring deep experience hiring senior consulting talent for the US market, a strong understanding of life sciences commercial analytics and technology roles, and the confidence to partner with senior leaders. This role is based in India and requires working US Eastern Time (EST) hour What youʼll do: Own end-to-end US hiring across Analytics and Technology roles at all levels, partnering closely with Partners and hiring managers. Build sourcing strategies and talent maps for life sciences consulting talent, reaching passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search and referrals. Conduct HR screens that assess consulting depth, life sciences experience, motivation, compensation expectations and work authorization. Drive a data-driven hiring process through quarterly forecasts, funnel metrics, ATS reporting and weekly updates to leadership. Guide and mentor recruiters and coordinators, and strengthen TA processes such as interviewer training, referrals and interview materials.
