The purpose of this role is to configure our IntelliPen suite of products for our clients. To be successful as an Implementation Consultant, you should be proficient in the use of TSQL, XML and able to work well as part of a team. Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Consultant will demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.\nHere's what you'll be doing: You are responsible for all aspects of configuring our “IntelliPen” administration system to meet our clients’ requirements, including but not limited to, the configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations. Meeting with clients to gather requirements Communicating with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval. Customising software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications. Educating clients on how to use IntelliPen and customised system features. Engaging with our training team when required. Creating documentation for clients and for internal use where appropriate. Support in the software release process when required. Support in the software upgrade process when required.
