As a Swing IQC Inspector II, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the Aquabeam Robotic System within your designated territory. Join us in shaping the future of treatment and improving patients’ lives.\nWhat Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:\nPerform incoming inspections of raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished goods in accordance with approved procedures, engineering drawings, specifications, and sampling plans.\nIdentify, document, and escalate nonconforming materials. Initiate Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs) as required.\nSupport containment activities, material segregation, and investigations related to supplier and incoming quality issues.\nMaintain Incoming inspection files according to PROCEPT’s procedures \nMaintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and regulatory compliance.\nUpdate job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality management, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining professional networks.\nUnderstand and adhere to PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device industry.\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.\nBasic knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).\nExperience using measurement instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, vision system, microscopes, and related inspection tools.\nExperience with sampling plans and AQL inspection methods.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\nAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nCOMPANY CULTURE\nUnderstanding PROCEPT's Culture\nAt PROCEPT, we believe every person matters.
