TheOpportunityThat Awaits You:
As aTherapy Development Manager, you will drive therapy adoption and procedural growth by partnering with physicians, practice staff, and hospital teams to successfully integrateAquablationtherapy into clinical practice. Working closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Capital Sales teams, you willoptimizeworkflows, improve patient pathways, and support long-term program success.
This role is focused onpracticeintegration, customer engagement, andutilizationgrowth-not revenue generation. Success comes from building strong customer relationships, removing barriers to adoption, and helping accounts achieve sustainable procedural growth.
WhatYour Day-To-Day Will Involve:
Drive therapy adoption through practice integration and workflow optimization.
Partner with physicians and clinical teams to support onboarding and program implementation.
Identifyopportunities to improve patient pathways, scheduling, and procedural efficiency.
Develop account-specificutilizationplans to increase procedure volume.
Conduct business reviews usingutilizationdata and best practices.
Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Capital Sales teams to support account success.
Build strong relationships with physicians and key stakeholders to encourage long-term adoption.
Conduct Quarterly Business Review with the practice toalign ontheir practice goals withAquablation.
Train / Educate all staff members on the clinical benefits ofAquablationand how to triage clinical questions from prospective patients.
Ownsclinic readiness and activation initiatives,monitorclinic captureperformance and removebarriers to patient activation
Complete clinic deep dive document to fully understandpathwayof BPHpatientin the practice.

TheQualificationsWe Need You to Possess
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of medical device or healthcare experience.
Experience with physician practices, hospitals, or surgical environments preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze account performance andidentifygrowth opportunities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
