Clients include Deutsche Bahn, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, Knorr-Bremse and Rational, as well as leading brands in beverages, automotive and consumer goods.\nThe role\nYou lead our Prague Data Science team - four people today, with more to come - and work on projects alongside them. You set goals, give honest feedback and help each person grow. On projects, you design the process intelligence and automation solutions, work directly with clients and own the quality of what the team delivers. We measure you on how the team performs and grows.\nWhat you'll do\nLeading the team:\nLead with trust: give people room to own their work, and develop them where they are not there yet.\n\nGive honest, structured feedback and know where each person wants to go.\n\nSet clear goals and onboard new joiners well.\n\nBalance capacity across projects, flag resourcing risks early and coordinate staffing with Munich.\n\nHelp build the Prague office, with the whole company in mind.\n\nDelivery:\nTake complex process intelligence and data science projects from idea to delivery - hands-on, not just reviewing.\n\nDesign simple, scalable solution concepts before building starts.\n\nUse process mining, automation, AI and advanced analytics to turn data into decisions clients act on.\n\nBuild strong client relationships, align expectations early and step in when things get tricky.\n\nWhat you bring\nMust-haves\n3+ years in Data Science, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, with hands-on skills in data engineering and modelling.\n\nYou think in solution concepts: clean, scalable architectures before anyone starts building.\n\nA business mindset - you care about what the work changes for the client.\n\nConfident with clients and senior stakeholders.\n\nFluent English (C1 level); comfortable in a CZ/DE setup.\n\nNice-to-haves\nExperience leading a technical team.
