We combine Celonis and other process intelligence and automation tools with our own data science. Clients include Deutsche Bahn, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, Knorr-Bremse and Rational, as well as leading brands in beverages, automotive and consumer goods.\nThe role\nYou work on process intelligence and automation projects for large clients, from raw system data to measurable changes in how a business runs. You dig into millions of orders, invoices or production steps and find where time is lost, where money is stuck and what can be automated. You set up the data models, dashboards and automations, then explain to the client what it means and how to turn those insights into value. A team lead and experienced colleagues review your work and help you grow.\nWhat you will do\nAnalyse any client process with a good amount of data behind it - e.g. in Sales, Procurement, Production or Supply Chain - to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation potential.\n\nBuild data models, dashboards and automations in Celonis and other process intelligence tools.\n\nWork with clients to design and roll out process improvements.\n\nRun workshops and present findings in business terms.\n\nWhat you bring\nMust-haves\nDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a similar field.\n\n0-3 years of experience. Graduates with relevant internships or thesis work are welcome.\n\nHands-on with SQL or a programming language such as Python or R.\n\nA structured, analytical approach and the ability to explain findings in business terms.\n\nFluent English (C1).\n\nNice-to-haves\nFirst experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath or similar).\n\nConsulting or client-facing experience (internships count).\n\nCzech and/or German.\n\nWho you are\n\nYou care about getting it right, and you say so when something does not add up.\n\nYou like hard problems and do not need everything spelled out.\n\nYou ask for feedback and use it.\n\nYou share what you know and ask when you are stuck.\n\nWe hire for fit with our values as much as for experience: https://www.processand.com/about-us/\nWhat we offer\nContract: permanent, full-time employment contract.\n\nFlexible work: home office is possible on any day.
