You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning module, ensuring seamless business processes and logistics operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConfigure and support SAP PP module: Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning\n\nExpertise in configuring manufacturing types such as Discrete, Process (PP-PI), and Repetitive manufacturing\n\nSkills in forecasting, master production scheduling (MPS), and configuring planning strategies\n\nCollaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP PP solutions\n\nBring your SAP solutions expertise to business problems and provide options\n\nSupport Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, and Work Centers\n\nWrite functional specification for custom-code and provide alternatives\n\nSupport end-to-end production processes in Plan-to-Produce value chain\n\nRun and interpret MRP configuration and resolve MRP related issues\n\nIntegrate SAP PP with MM for procurement of raw materials and issue to production\n\nIntegrate SAP PP with SD for linking sales orders to production\n\nIntegrate SAP PP with QM for in-process and final product inspections\n\nIntegrate SAP PP with FICO for production costing, overhead costing, and variance analysis\n\nConduct testing, user training, and system documentation\n\nTroubleshoot system issues and deliver enhancements\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of SAP PP consulting experience\n\nBachelors degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business, computer science or related fields\n\nStrong knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA PP processes and configurations\n\nHands-on S/4HANA PP experience\n\nKnowledge of overall logistics and manufacturing processes\n\nKnowledge of advanced planning features like MRP Live for faster planning runs and Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP)\n\nKnowledge of production order and process order management, including creation, release, and confirmation\n\nIntegration knowledge with connected non-SAP systems from the one of the following:\n\nMES: Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell MES, Honeywell MES, Wonderware MES, Dassault MES, etc.\n\nPLM: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Autodesk PLM, SAP PLM, etc.\n\nAPS: SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, etc.\n\nAbility to set up and evaluate capacity requirements to manage resource utilization\n\nExperience with end-to-end implementations and/or roll-outs\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\n\nProficiency in English\n\nKnowledge of MS Office (or Google Workspace)\n\nSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach\n\nAbility to adapt in a fast project environment\n\nAbility to work in teams\n\nKnowledge of SAP Reporting tools -
