This is In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting positions, including ERP (SAP, Workday, Coupa), Cloud, AI/Data Analytics, Digital, and Salesforce roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver top talent for global client engagements.\n\nThe Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — with a focus on high-quality candidate experience and business outcomes. This role requires expertise in technical hiring, staffing for both contract and permanent roles, and leveraging sourcing tools and recruitment platforms effectively.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles across ERP, Cloud, AI, Digital, and emerging technologies.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy.\n\nProactively source candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.\n\nScreen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.\n\nCoordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and client submissions.\n\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring staffing and permanent needs.\n\nNegotiate offers, contracts, and pay rates with candidates and vendors.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor laws.\n\nTrack and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health).\n\nMentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.\n\nRequirements\n2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT services or staffing firms\n\nStrong knowledge of recruiting in ERP (SAP, Workday, Oracle), Salesforce, Coupa, Cloud, AI/Data, and Digital roles\n\nExpertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms\n\nProven success in hiring for contract, C2C, and permanent positions\n\nStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills\n\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems \n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\n\nBachelor’s degree required;
