Confident, highly self-motivated candidates capable of coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment will succeed within Customer Success and the Assurance Services team.\nWhat you'll do\nWork with clients to maintain and grow their usage of the ProcessUnity platform\nProvide best practice advice on issues and strategies for growth post-implementation\nRun weekly working sessions with clients to enable, build, and strategize on their usage of the ProcessUnity platform\nBuild enduring partnerships with clients, fostering their professional growth\nServe as an advisor and resource for customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance\nBudget and manage deadlines appropriately within a set monthly allotment of hours\nMaintain a consistent schedule of calls and consulting engagements with clients\nPlay a visible role in client retention and growth initiatives within the organization\nQualifications\n5+ years' experience consulting\nPrevious experience working with large, complex teams and projects preferred\nCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address business needs\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong orientation towards process improvement and optimizing customer experiences\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate work within a team setting\nEager to learn, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge\nAbility to collaborate within a team environment to support customer expansion\nSkillful at reverse engineering solutions and optimizing user experiences\nExperience in the GRC space strongly preferred\nIreland salary range: €50,000 - €70,000 depending on experience and level\nProcessUnity is committed to providing an inclusive and equitable workplace where people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences can thrive.
