This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) within production facilities focused on cell and gene therapy products.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the support activities and disinfection of GMP space, equipment and associated areas involved in the manufacture of Master and Working Cell Banks, within production facilities involved in the manufacture Cell & Gene Therapy products and final product fills according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).\nSkills &Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols.\nBasic technical knowledge and understanding of GMP environments.\nAbility to follow detailed procedures and regulatory requirements.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications.\n1-2 years of relevant or equivalent experience.\nThe Cleanroom Technician's responsibilities will be:\nMust be able to wear appropriate clean room attire (i.e. surgical masks) and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nPerform cleaning methods, such as wiping techniques of equipment, wall and ceiling and floor mopping techniques.\nResponsible for the operation, maintenance and cleaning of equipment\nResponsible for the cleaning/sanitization solution and material preparation\nPossesses basic technical knowledge and background\nUnderstands aseptic technique concepts/proper cleanroom behavior\nResponsible for receiving and the organizing of gowning and cleaning materials Identifies and communicates material discrepancies\nFollows compliance and regulatory requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)\nFollows and executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nMay participate in the training activities of others on SOPs, equipment, all unit operations and non-manufacturing SOPs\nMay participate in the training activities of others on basic operations such as cleaning/sanitization of cleanrooms, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, solution and material preparation\nParticipates with technical documents such as non-conforming events and deviations\nPossess basic computer skills and able to efficiently use basic Microsoft applications\nSuggests continuous improvement ideas\nFollow Proper cleaning/disinfecting schedules\nAssist Supervision with internal pre-audits walkthroughs, CGMP housekeeping and general organization and upkeep of manufacturing spaces\nIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Mike Raletz at .\nIf you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.\nProclinical is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
