This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.\nSkills &Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or associate degree.\nProficiency in English for reading documentation, communication, and writing.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing instrumentation such as micrometers, calipers, and gauge blocks.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.\nExperience in manufacturing, particularly with discrete assembly and robotics, is preferred.\nKnowledge of automated machines, tools, and production processes.\nBasic understanding of arithmetic, algebra, or geometry.\nProblem-solving skills, including root cause analysis techniques.\nPhysical ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs as required.\nTheCrimp Technician's responsibilities will be:\nSet up, operate, and perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.\nMonitor and maintain raw material feeds, clear stoppages, and address faults on automated equipment.\nUse human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify and correct process control shifts.\nPrepare raw materials and ensure timely job execution to meet delivery schedules.\nTroubleshoot mechanical errors or safety issues using provided troubleshooting tools.\nUtilize computer systems for material inventory and quality management processes.\nSupport new product design transfers, process development, and equipment/process validations.\nUse measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances and product specifications.\nFollow standard operating procedures for material handling, record-keeping, packaging, and shipment preparation.\nMaintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).\nCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nCompensation:\n$18 to $21 per hour.\nIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Bodin Forsen \nIf you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.\nProclinical is a leading life sciences recruiter focused on finding exceptional people and matching them with the finest positions across the globe.
